This plug-in checks if you are a person in order to prevent certain website functions from being (ab)used by spam bots (particularly comments). This plugin query includes the sending of the IP address and possibly other data required by Google for the Google reCAPTCHA service. 3 Registration via our Website

6 Embedded YouTube-Videos

On some of our websites we embed Youtube videos. The corresponding plug-ins are operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit a page with the YouTube plug-in, it will connect to YouTube’s servers. YouTube will be informed which pages you visit. If you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube can assign your surfing behavior to you personally. This can be prevented by logging out of your YouTube account beforehand. If a YouTube video is started, the provider uses cookies that collect information about user behavior. All of this is not within in our control or to influence by us and exclusively governed by YouTube privacy policy.

7 Newsletter

When registering for our Newsletter, we collect data from you needed to supply it to you. We use such information also to select information of interest for you. Subscribers will be informed about relevant issues for this service or the registration (e.g. a revision of the Newsletter concept or technical matters). With your registration, you consent to us to do so. A valid registration requires a valid e-mail address. To ascertain that only authorized users of this address are registering, we use the double opt-in procedure. We list the request for a Newsletter subscription, the sending of an e-mail requesting authorization and the respective answer. 8 Data transmission to third parties

In principle, no transmission of your data to third parties will occur, unless we are required to do so by law or the data disclosure is necessary in the context of a specific agreement with you. External service providers and partners such as shipping companies that are responsible for a delivery, receive only data about you they need for the task to perform. As far as our service providers get in touch with your data, we have obliged them to comply with applicable data protection laws in as far as we have such obligations. Please check also the privacy notices of any given provider. For third party services content, the respective service provider is fully responsible. We have, however, selected and checked such partners’ compliance with the law in line with good commercial practice.

Personal data may be disclosed if it is evident that you intend to participate in marketing activities such as sales, bookings or agreeing contracts organised by us or together with a third party is to take place as intended. Examples for this are sweepstakes, other commercial marketing efforts we organise with a partner, purchases via service providers or other portals, and naturally if you have expressively consented to a disclosure of your information or if eventually authorised by law. In some cases, we appoint external service providers to process data externally as we normally would do internally. We have taken sophisticated precautionary technical and operational measures to protect your data from accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorised persons. Our security measures are regularly reviewed and updated to reflect new technological requirements.

10 Deletion or Blocking Data

We respect the principles to avoid and to limit the use of data other than to real needs. We store data not longer than needed in order to achieve the objectives outlined herein and as foreseen by the various storage delays foreseen by law. Once a task is completed and the legal storage delay has expired, protected information is regularly blocked, disposed of and destroyed as foreseen by law.
